I am currently serving as Superintendent at IISER Berhampur since 26 December 2025. I am associated with the Internal Audit Office and the Joint Admission Committee (JAC) / IISER Admissions Board (IAB) – 2026, contributing to institutional governance, financial oversight, and admission processes.
Prior to joining IISER Berhampur, I worked at the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry, where I gained over 11 years and 6 months of administrative experience across multiple functional domains.
I began my tenure at JIPMER as a Junior Administrative Assistant (JAA) from 11 June 2014 to 13 December 2020, serving in the Pay Bills Section and Accounts Section, handling financial and payroll operations. Subsequently, I worked as a Cashier (on Deputation) from 14 December 2020 to 19 February 2023 in the Cash Section, managing cash transactions and financial documentation.
I was granted Pro-forma Promotion to Senior Administrative Assistant (SAA) with effect from 10 January 2022 and served in the Administrative-I (Recruitment Cell) until 24 December 2025. In this role, I was actively involved in recruitment processes, administrative coordination, and institutional support functions. I was relieved with a technical resignation prior to joining IISER Berhampur.
With extensive experience in finance, accounts, recruitment, and administrative management, I remain committed to ensuring efficiency, transparency, and institutional excellence in all assigned responsibilities.
