National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF)

IISER Berhampur has been participating in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, since 2024. A committee has been constituted with the following members to oversee NIRF-related matters.

Institute Ranking Committee (IRC) of the institute comprises the following members:

• Dr. Kasi Viswanadham G, Convener, Academic Development Committee, Member (Ex-Officio)
• Dr. Ajay Perumal, Associate Professor, Department of Physical Sciences, Member
• Dr. Vivek Tiwari, Assistant Professor, Department of Biological Sciences, Member
• Dr. Parikshit Moitra, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Sciences, Member

Shri. Snehashish Dash, Asst. Librarian has been appointed as the Nodal Officer for uploading NIRF Data each year in accordance with the instructions of the GoI.
